Healing touch through massage therapy utilizing relaxation, deep tissue, Thai and energy balancing techniques.
My sessions are based on traditional Swedish massage incorporating Traditional Thai, Neuromuscular work and deeply relaxing energy balancing. My work has been described as highly intuitive, healing and transformative.
In June of 2015, I completed the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Zingara Yoga: Rachel Hector and Ana Pilar Cruz. As a practitioner of Hatha Yoga for 20 years, participating in a teacher training was on my bucket list. This opportunity to deepen my own practice and learn the skills to teach came at the right time, with the right people and the right place. The experience to deepen my personal connection to yoga via intense self-study provided an awesome reflection on what I am able to assist people with in healing their own bodies. This new training on my yoga mat also provided a more grounded approach to working with clients on the massage table. It was a win win situation.
